Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Veterinary Education

The 2nd VETEd Africa Congress will take place in Rabat, Morocco, from 19–21 November 2026.

Hosted at IAV Hassan II, the Congress will bring together veterinary educators, academics, researchers, professionals, students and partners to explore the growing role of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in veterinary education.

Under the theme “Artificial Intelligence in Veterinary Education: Application and Impact,” the Congress will examine how AI can contribute to veterinary education and strengthen animal-health systems.

The programme also addresses areas including One Health, antimicrobial resistance, transboundary diseases and emerging technologies, making the Congress particularly relevant to the future development of veterinary education and professional capacity across Africa.

Registration

Registration is available through the official VETEd Africa website. Published fees include early registration rates for academics and university participants, private-sector professionals, and Master’s and PhD students. The website states that registration before 20 September 2026 attracts the early registration rates.
